Christine Pauly
General Manager
Christine has lived in Western New York all her life and brings over 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry. With a strong background in marketing and sales, she previously owned Multi-Telemarketing International and has a wealth of expertise in shows and events, web marketing, appointment setting, and managing canvassing teams. She works directly with the sales staff to drive success and growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Christine has a deep passion for animal welfare. As the former CEO of an Exotic Cat Rescue, she dedicated her time to working with big cats and continues to advocate for stronger penalties against animal abusers. She is an active SPCA volunteer and firmly believes in Gandhi’s words: “The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”

Denise Tuck
Office Manager
Denise is a native Western New Yorker and is a graduate of Canisius College where she earned her BA in Psychology. With over 30 years of executive administrative and client relations experience, she maintains and standard of excellence in every aspect of her work.
She is a life long equestrian, both owning and showing horses on a local and national lever for over 40 years, with an additional love for her smaller 4-leggeds: Myah, her dog, and Shiah, her cat, both of whom were adopted from rescue.
Her personal mantra is “If you love what you do, you will never consider it work,” and that shows her dedication and enthusiasm to our customers and beyond.

Bonnie has lived in the Buffalo area for most of her life and has been in the window and door installation industry for nearly nine years. With a strong passion for customer service, she is dedicated to understanding her customers’ needs and always strives to provide outstanding satisfaction.
Outside of work, Bonnie cherishes time with her beautiful family—her husband, Billy, and their children, Daniel and Mary. She is also deeply involved in her community, running meat raffles on weekends to support charities and middle school and high school sports teams.

Kathleen Dick
Marketing Manager
Kathy has been a dedicated member of the Modern team for 10 years, bringing experience, passion, and a love for helping others to her role. Married with one daughter, she values family both at home and in the workplace.
A devoted animal lover, Kathy fosters infant kittens for the Erie County SPCA and shares her home with her beloved Rottweiler, Bailey—one of our office mascots. When she’s not caring for animals, she enjoys spending time at the beach and relaxing at her home in Florida.

Garth has been a proud resident of Western New York all his life and has built an impressive career in the home improvement industry since 1983. Chris has dedicated 40 years to the home improvement industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. A lifelong resident of Western New York, he studied at the School of Management at the University at Buffalo, building a strong foundation for his career.
A passionate sports fan, Chris has always had a love for baseball, playing throughout high school and continuing to enjoy sporting events to this day. However, his greatest joy comes from spending all his spare time with his grandsons, Luke and Cole.
With his decades of expertise, love for sports, and deep commitment to family, Chris is a valued member of the Modern Window team.

Jessica
Scheduling Manager
Jessica has been a valued member of the Modern Window team on and off, in various positions, for close to 20 years. Her dedication and experience make her an integral part of the team.
She recently celebrated her 10th anniversary with her high school sweetheart and favorite person, Andy. A passionate animal lover, Jessica adores her dogs, Cain and Marlow, who also serve as Modern’s beloved office mascots.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, listening to music, and taking part in outdoor activities whenever she can. Her enthusiasm, loyalty, and love for both her work and personal passions make her a cherished member of the Modern family.

Rebecca
Assistant Scheduling Manager
Rebecca is the newest addition to Modern’s appointment setting team, bringing years of experience in scheduling and management. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to customer service make her a great asset to the team.
A true animal lover, Rebecca can’t live without her husky, Blaze. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying long walks with Blaze or hitting the lanes for a game of bowling.

Penny has been a valued member of our team for over a year, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to her role. When she’s not hard at work, Penny channels her energy into supporting the Buffalo Bills as an avid fan, often attending games to cheer on her favorite team.
Outside of work and football, Penny loves spending time in the kitchen, crafting delicious meals for her family. She is also an animal lover, cherishing time spent with her furry friends and advocating for their well-being.

Cassie, born and raised in Buffalo, brings a wealth of experience to our team from her previous administrative roles. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a perfect match for our company’s needs.
When she’s not working, Cassie loves spending time outdoors, especially out on the water kayaking and fishing. A proud Buffalonian, she’s a devoted Bills fan who never misses a chance to cheer on her favorite team—Go Bills!

Edna
Appointment Setter
Edna is a cornerstone of the Modern family, having been with the company for many years. Born in Western New York, she has a rich and adventurous history, spending much of her early life out west and traveling alongside her husband, a proud cowboy.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Edna’s family includes 6 children and 16 grandchildren, who are the heart of her world. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping, and sharing her love of nature with her family. A passionate animal lover, Edna adores her dogs and horses, which are a big part of her life.
When she’s not outdoors or with her loved ones, Edna cheers on her favorite football team during Bills games. Her dedication to her family, her love for adventure, and her commitment to excellence make her a valued and cherished member of the Modern team.
